Stinking attitude from gate keepe

We bought movie tickets this afternoon, 2 for my young children and 2 for my hubby and I, with help from a ster kinekor assistant. As we were about to go inside the movie house, a very Rude and obnoxious girl screems that we will not go see the movie since we are with a baby, she relates to us that the baby is under age. we just were shocked and surprised as the tickets were bought with help from one of ster kinekor 's staff members who should have warned us that couples with small babies are not permitted to watch movies at ster kinekor. That said, we could not believe the drama that the young lady performed for my hubby and I .This could have been handled in a professional and respectable manner . we were disgusted and disappointed at the same time. I now understand why the cinema is not that busy, no human needs that type of service in present day South Africa.we will never return to that movie house even though we were regulars there. I hope ster kinekor will invest in their staff members in future, sending them to customer service courses etc.
