My wife tried to pay our DSTV account via Pick n Pay on the due date but their (PnP) link was not working.
When we rang Multichoice and explained that now our payment would be late, they said no problem just pay it at another venue and the penalty R50 would be wavered, they then switched us back on and we paid.
Now on our latest request to pay them the R50 penalty is in place.
My wife rang Multichoice today to explain the previous phone conversation regarding the waver and the response was well if you don't pay it we'll cut you off.
Its a great pity that Multichoice don't have a competitor of quality that the South African market could turn to.
