No Delivery on winnings

We won tickets to go see we the Millers but Nu Metro made a mistake by booking two events the same day so said they'll give us comps to see whatever movie we want. With these winnings we supposed to get the confectionery as always. My boyfriend went to find out at Canal Walk earlier about the popcorn and cooldrinks with the tickets and was told no we don't get!! My mom them got cooldrinks and popcorn with their comps!! So why are we excluded??? Heather said we should let her know in advance when we going to use our tickets to make arrangements but she doesn't even respond!!! They only want to comply half way!!!
