Bad service to the public

At first I thought it was a streak of bad luck that movie after movie faulted at Eastrand Mall.

1. It started in November the movie was upside down for a long period until I told management about it. When corrected, the right side of the screen was out of focus.
2. Then the next time the incorrect movie was showing and I had to stand up and made them aware of the fact.
3. The next time it was so out of focus that I had to ask to have it corrected
4. The next time the sound was so laud that our ears hurt and nothing was done about it
5. The last time 22nd Feb, there was no sound and was given complementary tickets.

The moral of the story is, wait for a DVD on sale and buy it. It also saves you buying expensive popcorn and ice tub topped with cold drink. Eastand Mall Ster Kinekor, you are the worst of the worst ever encountered.
