So yesterday after my first complaint, i was asked to please send an email, i will get an almost immediate response... well its been almost 18 hours and no response thus far, clearly just interested in taking money and offering no service at all... And then without having any concrete proof accused me of activating my own decoder on their so called online system, which i carry no knowledge off. Well one day is one day that a competitor will enter the market and you will all fall on your assess.
