I have been trying to find out how my monthly charges are made up since early August and have posted on hello peter about the lack of communication. Imagine my irritation when MultiChoice keep sending me surveys on feedback to fill in, when I still have never spoken to a single person at Multi Choice. Do they not realise that staff in their call centre do not make the calls they say they do?
