No notfication or communication after 5 days!!!

Whilst updating my personal Multichoice Account profile as dated Monday 03rd June 2013, by chance i clicked on the list of Competition Winners. Imagine my surprise when i clearly found my name LH Kinnes on the list of Big Comps Winners for April 2013. Sheer surprise as not ny any meduim of communication be it phone, post or email was i to date informed of the above. After sending numerous emails to both : [Email Removed] or the Contact Us online page i have still not received any feedback. Multichoice advocates a turn around SLA resolution time of 24 hours and 4 days later i am still in the dark. This after religiously paying my account on time since the date of my account activation. This is utterly disgusting and they should realise that they no longer hold a complete monopoly on paid for television. As a customer i demand feedback
