Cancelling service although payment was made

For the last 3 months I've had the same problem - paying before or on time and them cutting off my service.

I even phoned during the week to confirm payment after receiving a 'letter' on my decoder. They assured me that I was paid up to date and even has a credit.

Phoning them is a mission. I held on for more than 6 minutes before my airtime ran out - with no answer to my problem! They say that you must mail your proof of payment and they will phone you back!!! That is not the case - you get a generic email stating that you will be contacted within 24 hours - so why then mail?? The issue needs to be resolved NOW.

How can this happen every month?? Phoning and explaining and them telling me it won't happen again?
Yeah right!!!

I also demand that they pay my phone charges.
