DSTV Magazine - profile still shows NO

Refer to my report of 19 August, dealt with by Abigail :

Thank you for now having credited my account for all the issues caused by you, including the reconnection fees. One issue that remains unresolved, and which appears to have happened since I spoke to your consultant on 3 August, is that my profile now shows that I do not want the DSTV magazine. At the time that you asked whether I wanted to continue getting the magazine, I did reply, indicating that I wanted it. I still received the July magazine.

Abigail, you indicated that it will take some time to get a magazine again, but if the profile still says Magazine: No, I do not think I will get one again - ever! Please fix this!
