Multichoice
PVR skiping scenes and sometime no recording

My PVR is very inconsistent, sometime it record and at time scheduled jobs don't get recorded. I called Multichoice and they told me to swap the cable around and also to reset the device, did this and now it record a 2 hour movie in an hour, meaning that it skips scenes which is annoying, please help
