Sorry but wont be back

Went to watch percy jackson, 9.05 am show,

the cinama only opened there gates at nine,
missed a few of the trailors whilst buying coke and popcorn
sound in cinema wasn't working so went to tell them outside
they stopped the movie to fix it about 20min later someone walked past and said to me 10 more minutes, so 10 minutes later i walked into the theatre and the movie had started with out even letting us know

put on my 3d glasses and it was so blurry so i ran outside to exchange them and they wanted to charge me, then the one guy said to me its the pixels of the screen it will get better, so i went back inside and watched blurry for about 15 min

no manager around to handle this problem, there were people walking out and argueing with the staff and still no manager

not nice paying 70 something bucks for a movie and missing the first bit, and not even a sorry or communication from the manager to try and take control of the situation

unfortunately we will not be coming back to ster kineko
