Multichoice make a mistake & want me to pay for it

My husband and I watch very little TV, we have an easy view subscription because we do not have an aerial and want decent connectivity (for very occasional watching of SABC channels etc). We pay a year in advance for this subscription in order to save money (12 months for the price of 11). Multichoice upgraded us to their Premium package without our knowledge or permission, an error that they have admitted to making... as soon as I realised that something was wrong I phoned the call centre to rectify the problem. Unfortunately this was a couple of weeks later, a time period in which we did not know about the error! I was told that everything would be returned to normal and that my Easy view subscription was again paid in full for the year. We received further notifications of money owing so I phoned the call centre again - only to be told that we have to pay for the time that the Premium package was active (insinuating that we took full advantage!). At the conclusion of that call, I was promised that a 'supervisor would contact me' something that I am still waiting for!! I refuse to spend more of my time or money trying to fix this problem!
