First time excellent service in 8 years

I have 3 decoders at different locations which I activate as required and change packages as suited. Never, never and I mean never before has anyone at DSTV told me about how to use the favourites button to save programs that I can see. Praven went the extra mile last night and ran me through the process on how to only see the channels I want to and not everything else. This will save me time as make viewing so much more convenient. I changed from full bouquet to easy view and only wanted easy view channels listed. This was an 8 year old problem. No doubt that the other consultants can certainly learn a thing or two from this gentleman. Well done and I see you growing very quickly with that attitude. After all this is superb customer can and you score 11 out of 10.Well done Praven.
