I paid my account three days late due to a financial issue. Today I received a message in which I was forced to pay the outstanding amount plus re-connection fees immediately. As far as I am aware, I should be in advance for the period up to and including 12 September. Trying to explain to two different consultants they do not wait for a proper explanation and just change my options to the way they please. Thus finding in their actions that the contract is to suit Multichoice only. They don't want to listen to the clients problem, in which I explained to the consultants that I will be paying the outstanding amount on the 13th of September.
