Thank you DSTV for cutting my service today, 8 September 2013, while I still have credit on my account till 24 September 2013. Your accounts department. So does your programming. With all the never ending repeats, please repeat my payments as well. I pay my account via easy pay, then you cut my service. Then you laod a "connection fee" of R50 on my account. I paid late ONCE this year, BUT I received statements for THREE connection fees this year. Not only must me pay 36 months fees for ONE months programming, but then you rob your clients with all your connection fees. Switch my service ON till 24 September, for which I am legally PAID UP. Then after that I will revert back to TOP TV. I am fed up with you!! And TOP TV will cost me HALF the money for the same stone age programming.
