Bad service at Sterland Ster-kineko

We went to to movies on Saturday 24/8/2013 to see the 20h30 show. They only had 2 cashiers at refresments on each side. We we finally reached the end of the que only to be told that the only cashier that was there now cannot sell me Wine gums because she does not have stock assigned to her and i must wait for the next cashier to come on duty.By now we were late for the movie and once again the cashier calmly told us there is still 25 minutes of trailers.
By then there was no visible management, i had to go look for someone and once again we waited. Needles to say we were late for the movie.

I just thought that the theatre should really up their game seeing that they are servicing such a huge community.
