WHO AT KULULA WILL LISTEN TO MY COMPLAINT?

My booking No. was 342VUS9 in February 2013.

We made a booking-combo for a flight car from OR Tambo to George on 17 Feb. to 21 Feb. When I made the booking your website booked the flight for 17-21 Feb., but the car from 21-22 Feb. Ayanda at George Airport phoned your booking dept. and spoke to Tsholo Chiloane, who promised that R185.00 wil be refunded. When I arrived home, I phoned him AGAIN on 13 March, but still no money. I phoned your Combo department TWICE, and everytime he promised me that the R185.00 that you owe me will be refunded into my account, but nothing happens!

In the first place, one cannot get through to you easily, and secondly when I tried to phone you, your voice promised to phone me back, but up to date, you didn't even phone me back. I complained to you with emails, but I am being ignored.

Your website doesn't work efficiently, and you never reply. Kulula's after service doesn't exist. I wonder if they even have a dept. for complaints. What must I do to get ANY attention?
