We are paying for three DSTV Access points and for the last 8 months we have not received any TV Guides in the post. I have phoned them more than 6 times asking for the Guides. They tell me we should print it direct from their website. They are working with "green planet". I told them all three is being payed for pensionaris they don't have computers. Anyway, if they had one why should they print it if their reason for not sending as the TV Guides is to help "Green piece"??? On all six attempts I asked it to be send to us and all six attempts they told me they will correct it on their side, but no luck! Please help we pay enough to receive it through the post.
