Hair in my food!!

We went to food lovers cafe for breakfast on Saturday. Firstly there was nobody to meet and greet us, we had to find our own table, which was still dirty, the waiting staff were not dressed in uniform it looked like they just drag stragglers from the street. The "waiter" who was "helping" us looked a little worse for wear, supposedly from a very good night out the previous night, took our order and we waited for about 40 minutes for the food to be brought to the table, which was brought 5 minutes apart. I found a hair in my food and immediately alerted the waiter, who seemed all nonchalant about it, I explained to him that my appetite was ruined, he said that he will take it back to the kitchen so that they can remove the hair! I told him that I don't want the food any more and to call his manager. He came back to say that the manager was busy in the kitchen because they were swamped, I demanded to see the manager immediately and she sauntered to our table 10minutes later. She calmly says to me that its a white hair! like I am supposed to accept the hair because its white. I am never going back to that place because of the lack of hygiene and professional customer service
