At multichoice call centre no one can help I have been charged R90 by my bank for being wrongly debited by multichoice because they debited my account even though I have cancelled it on the 19 th of July and moved it to my credit card.
I have spoken to Ntombi, Katlego, Kgomotso Motsepe call ref no: 137944176. Yesterday I called and spoke to Dimakatso Makombi her email address is [Email Removed] after she confimed with her supervisor that it was a mistake on their part still no one is coming back to me. I have emailed this lady my bank statement to show proof of the debit charge, but until now no one came back to me
I would like a refund to cover the charge since it was a mistake on their part
Is it how clients are treated by being ignored?
