Bad service

I made use of this company to cater for my daughter's birthday. What a disaster! The owner arrived late with the food. It was sub standard. The excuse was that she had other functions after being told that she only do one function at a time. The party had already started. She tried to put some of the food together at the venue. Not all the food on the menu was delivered either. It wasn't even plated! She put the food on the table without platters or table clothes. I paid for the table clothes. Out of desperation I started decorating the table without table clothes. The spoons/forks wasn't supplied that had to go with little pot pies. All of that was wasted because people couldn't eat it. I felt humiliated. I had 32 guests!!!
