Damaged goods

I hired three tables, 30 chairs and 3 black table clothes from party solutions. I picked up the goods myself, the 3 black table clothes were folded and given to me in a packet- Not sized or measured or even shown the so called labelling on each one. Upon returning the goods, we have been told that the one table cloth is not theirs, its not the correct size and has been cut and repaired. We had the goods in our possession for 2 days and it did not leave the venue. Tried to discuss the matter with one Annelie, completely arrogant and incompetent- she continously put the phone down on me. I am now supposedly liable for the table cloth that I was given in that manner.
Very disappointed, if thats the way party solutions does business I would think twice about ever using them again.
