Bad Experience and Attitude from the Manage

We booked a table at Bon Amis to celebrate my daughters birthday and arrive at 18h30 on Friday. We sat down at our table and after a while I got up to ask a member of staff for a wine/food menu. She came and made an excuse that the waiter was busy at another table and would be there shortly, the restaurant at that stage was not busy with only one table occupied and one table leaving. At least 2 other staff members and the manager were standing around doing nothing. They only had 2 wines available and we were not allowed to open our sparkling wine to celebrate. When our main course arrived - we had order the Vegetarian aubergine burger, the rolls on the 3 meals ordered were dry and I could not eat mine. We then asked for the manager who also started making very poor excuses, saying they were made that morning and would we like to order the pasta - we are vegetarians and the pasta was a meat dish. We had paid top prices for food we couldn't eat. The Veg Burger was not nice at all. The manager also accused my husband of swearing, which he did not. We left soon afterwards and the one staff member said sarcastically as we were leaving "enjoy your ice cream at the Spur"!!! BAD BAD BAD
