I checked into unit 224 of the Vacation Club on Friday afternoon (7 Dec 2012). The water pressure in all the taps was very low. We called maintenance on Friday evening and they said that there was no issue. I called again on Saturday and Owen, from maintenance, saw the problem first hand and said that the pressure pump needed to be attended to, and that this would be done first thing on Sunday morning. I called the maintenance department on Sunday morning and they confirmed that they will address the issue. Finally, I called maintenance again on Monday morning and the issue was not resolved. Needless to say, this was a serious inconvenience / discomfort to an otherwise excellent holiday at Sun City. I am not sure why Sun International would 'rent' out this unit when it is clear that there are issues with the water pressure there. Based on the feedback above, I hope the Vacation Club / Sun International takes the issues raised above seriously and addresses them. Even more disappointing, was that I paid R6000 for the 3 nights accommodation and definitely do not feel I got my full monies worth. This email was also sent to the manager, Mr Sephiri, on 11 Dec with no response.
