On 2013/12/26 whilst on holiday in Margate i had a decoder installed at my holiday flat smartcard no 4289680205 . OnThe following day i recieved a message on my decoder that i owed dstv R1292.44 and i then paid R 1300.00into their account on 2013/12/31. On 2014/01/04 i deactivated same decoder. I thenrecieved a new message that i still owed them a further R122.60. On 2014/01/09 i paid a further R850.00 into their standardbank account. On my lales statement i am being billed for two decoders as well as for "decodeerder instandhoudingskontrak" for R19.33 bringing my bill to R1390.00 for the period 02-feb-14 tot 01-mar-14. I contacted dstv on 2014-01-15 and spoke to a lady " Lerato ". She coud not explain to me why i was still being billed for the decoder i had left at Margate simcard no4289680205 and neither could she help me with the "dekodeerder instandhoudingskontrak". It seems to me that dstv accounts department have no clue whats going on and that i am being by a bunch of incompetent. Is there anybody at dstv that could contact me and explaine to me whats going on with my account. Please i am desperate.
