After spending almost 3 hours on the phone to the DSTV call center, i made the all important decision to drive all the way there to ask some one in person how they could keep on miss informing people about how much they owed. to my shock and horror i was told that the only way i could speak to some one about the call center was to call and since i was put on hold the last time i called for almost an hour i thought this was quite strange? when i asked about this i was told that the call center is very understaffed! when i asked to then speak to some one in the IT department i was told i would first have to send an email. (wasting more of my time) strange how DSTV charges by the day (charges for time) but when WE THE PAYING CLIENTS have a problem there seems to be no understanding of Valuable time.
Strange to think that when WE HAVE NO COMPATITION WE CAN ACT LIKE THIS!!!
Cant wait to start steaming
