This is the second time in 10 days that Multichoice/Dstv has seen fit to scramble my service despite my account being up to date. The first time it happened was on Saturday 20 July and attempts by Kristel to unscramble my service remotely was unsuccessful. I was obliged to take my equipment into the Multichoice service centre in Randburg where the consultant on the counter was able to unscramble it within a couple of minutes. Now it has happened again, while watching a movie on Sony Max last night at exactly 21h22 my service was scrambled. Kristel promised to credit my account for the days I was off line the last time, the invoice has not been received yet so I cannot see if the credits have been passed. Now I am owed further credits for this down time. I am sick and tired of this pathetic service from Multichoice/Dstv and now demand a full refund of the payment I have have made for August subscription as well as the credits due for down time in July. It is obvious these clowns are not interested in me as a client so I may as well cancel completely
