Nonchalant attitude

I took my niece to watch monsters univerty on Saturday 20 July 2013.
01. at 9am. Roller gates still close. I had to ask an employee what time they open. She opened the roller gates. No staff maning the ticket counter.
02. Movie was suppose to start at 09:05. Only started at 09:25. No one came in to appologise for the delay.

I'm paying... It's not like the movie and popcorn was for free. A nonchalant attitude.
