Yume serves raw chicken meat to Family

I often frequent this restaurant whenever I happen to be in Montecasino. I have been going here since 2011. Two weekends ago I took my family for upper and ordered my favourite steamed dumplings. When they arrived I just popped the bite sized pieces into my mouth, however my wife was feeding my 22 month old daughter so she broke them apart. She noticed the chicken dumplings which are my standing order had not been cooked and the inside had raw meat.

When we complained to the staff and hen management, they removed it and heir response was
1. Why did we not inspect the food before we swallowed it
2. They would refund us on the order as we were not satisfied with our food.

To say the least, I am not impressed with their attitude, no where is it considered safe to eat raw chicken meat and I will definitely not support a restaurant that takes an occurrence like this so lightly.
