Callcenter cant activate my decode

Hi,

After three calls to your CC and being onhold for 31 minites, my DSTV is still not active and shows error codes E16 and E19. Your SMS function doesn't work and I cannot connect my services via the web either. The error is "Reconnect failed". My smartcard number is 4023989267. You WILL have this working today.
