I have been trying to use the website for months to activate my holiday home decoder. It simply does not work.
I was told that the problem is that I have a DSTV Walka active as well.?
My question to Multichoice is, do you folks not have adequately trained technicians to work around this DSTV Walka issue? Why market a service (your website) if it has flaws? Your online error clearing option DOES NOT WORK.
I have to phone in every time (usually with 50 callers ahead of me) or SMS the error code.
Why should I go through this time and expense? After all, we are paying a PREMIUM price for this really service!
Employ trained people or outsource it!
