DSTV - worst company I have ever dealt with

I was able to change on-line services on the website until 2 months ago. It used to work ok, but for the last 2 months the only option available is their HORRIBLE call centre. EVERY step is ABSOLUTE torture. I think they try to make the experience horrible to discourage people from calling (but other options aint there). The first step asks for your account number and it almost never gets it - thats about 10 attempts before you can continue (note that if the machine actually gets the correct number, its not passed on to the agent). Then is the useless rate info and some announcements that NEVER is applicable. After 20 minutes you get your position in the queue. Listen carefully, cause you will NEVER be updated on the progress of your call AGAIN. You can wait 30 seconds to 2 hours, but don't dare hanging up cause you will waste 20 mins just to get into the queue. The website support just emails auto generated messages and tonight the system is down. I really hate DSTV - why does it have to be such a horrible experience - cant they just die or wake up??? Why cant you just fix the website? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!
