I did an online activation for my kids Vitality Movie Club. I made an online payment of R80 with a creditcard and the system threw an error msg rejecting my payment. I tried a different creditcard thinking my card was faulty somehow. The 2nd payment was accepted. In fact both payments went through. I logged a query with ticket line on 30May2013 and it took approx 2weeks for my cards to be activated after numerous calls from myself to ticket line. And up till today I am still waiting for my refund that was promised to me a month ago. I call them every week sometimes more than twice a day. I even suggested that they supply me with a voucer to replace the R80 but they said it was not possible. I would like compensation for the long period that I have waited and am still waiting for my query to be resolved.
