BAD Customer Service

I was trying to find out why Superman wasn't online for Wednesday 10 July 2013 at Cavendish and whether or not it was showing. The guy told me that it was showing and was also quite rude - well he clearly just didn't have any telephone manners and should NOT be working in customer services. It then turned out that Superman isn't showing due to maintenance (I had to phone again and speak to someone else to get this information) so he also gave me the incorrect information! A waste of my air-time and time!! The complete opposite of what customer service should be.
