I AM! THESE F*CKEN CO MAKES SURE THAT THEY DEBIT ONE ON TIME, ONE SKIPPED PAYMENT AND YOUR SERVICES ARE DISCONNECTED PLUS A R50 RECONNECTION FEE.I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH THEM FOR THE LAST TWO WEEKS RE ONE MATTER.ONE CALL WAS 30 MIN AND I WAS ASKED TO HOLD, THEN I WAS ON MUTE THEN GOT DISCONNECTED.THEY DONT CALL BACK AFTER ALL THE TIME I SPENT USING MY CELL TO SORT OUT STUFF THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR.I PHONED IN AGAIN, THIS TIME AN HOUR. TODAY 2, 5WEEKS LATER, STILL NOTHING.THE MOTHER FCKN IVR SYSTEM IS SO F-EN LONG HAD I BEEN ON PREPAID MULTICHOICE WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE A FCK-WHICH THEY DONT.IT IS NOW MY LIFE MISSION TO TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THE FACT THAT SUPERVISORS REFUSE TO COME TO THE PHONE.THE CALLS GET CUT OFF AND THEY REFUSE TO CALL BACK CLAIMING THAT IT IS IN INBOUND CC.THE SERVICE IS BELOW THE LEVEL OF THE SEWERS ITSELF, HOW THE DO THEY MANAGE TO KEEP GOING! MY PROBLEM OUGHT TO BE SIMPLE SHOULD THEY JUST GIVE THE FCKN CLIENT THE RIGHT INFO AND ALSO PUT COMMUNICATION PROCESSES IN PLACE WHERE THEY LIAISE WITH THEIR COMMERCIAL DEPT COZ APPARENTLY THEY CANT-ISN'T THIS ONE CO? THEY KNOW THAT WE NEED THEM AND NOT VICE VERSA HENCE THEY CAN TREAT US THIS WAY.WHAT THE
