Very poor service delivery and lack of confidence

At roughly 3am this morning Sibaya Casino and entertainment world suffered a techincal glitch whereby slot machines stopped working but the strange part was that it only affected people who had won a jackpots of sorts. following that the support staff was completely incompetent . firstly they made me wait over half an hour before we were told what was going on. Thereafter we were told to wait and a cheque would be issued to us. As the lady was writing out the cheque she tells me that she cannot issue the cheque as their systems were going crazy but in reality it was the staff who were running around like headless chickens. i was told that i would be called when the system comes online but since i have not been called does that mean that Sibaya gambling floors are closed? As this is the only sure way to stop such a company from keeping funds that are owed to humble average people? I find this appalling especially for the older folks who were clueless. if this matter is not resolved i would have to approach the National Gambling Board to formally take this matter up. Its really sad that people are to be treated this way for reasons that are not their own doing
