Multichoice supports penalising the custome

Due to personal circumstances I have had to relocate twice in the last 2 years and expect to move 1 more time in about 6 months. I have a standard decoder and every time I move I have to pay for a new installation. What is most problematic is that multichoice accredited suppliers insist that as an existing customer I would have to pay a premium for a new installation as compared to a new customer. A brand new client would be able to pay a maximum of R600 for a new decoder, dish, and installation including cable, however as an existing customer I would pay no less than R800 up to R1400 for just the dish and installation including cable. All the accredited installers insist that Multichoice does not allow them to charge the "new customer" price to existing customers. If this is the case it would mean Multichoice is guilty of price fixing with accredited installers. All other decoders PVR and explora have installation vouchers that can be purchased separately however this does not apply for standard decoders. Why can't existing customers get the installation at a similar price to new customers. Mulitchoice is penalising a customer for being a custome
