The speedpoint at the snacks Kiosk seemed to be out of order, or rather the transaction "stopped" before being completed. Even though the transaction went through the bank account on each retry. The Supervisor; Derrick was called in and the situation was explained to him. His attitude was completely unacceptable.and ungrounded.

Both the FNB app, and transaction sms showed that both transactions were credited from the account. He was given the benefit of the doubt and the transaction was paid a third time on a different speedpoint.

At the end of the day, we paid for our snacks three time and was left with a bad taste in the mouth due to the bad customer service and staff attitude. Not to mention missing the first 15 minutes of the movie.

Manager; Romeo - who was nowhere to be seen.

I'm exceptionally dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and bad attitude of the staff. The cashier who manned the station next to ours made a little snide remark to her customers that she hopes that their CARD works. Our card worked perfectly, it's their speedpoint that didn't work.
