Nu Metro
Movie started 21 minutes late

My husband and I decided to treat our daughter and her 4 cousins to see Despicable Me 2 at the Nu metro in Mountain Mill Mall, Worcester on Sat 06 July. The movie was due to start at 12:30. We rushed so that we could be seated by then. We waited. No movie. Just a blank screen. The children were starting to get restless after 15 minutes of waiting. Then after 21 minutes (at 12:51), they finally started showing the trailers. This was very poor service indeed, and is not characteristic of any of the other Nu Metro movie theatres where we have watched movies. They are normally prompt. No apologies or explanations from any of the staff either.
