Disgusting service and attitude

My husband and I went to enquire about movies, the lady behind the counter, name stared with an M (very long) first doesn't really look at us with an attitude and says u sitting separate, we were confused and then we said why and she just said its full, so we said of course not and then enquired about discovery discounts on movies. she said give me your card so I said what card vitality or credit card? again with such attitude hardly even paying attention! we then just paid the full price and left it because I do not have my medical aid card yet! as we finished paying I tried to find out what I need in future and she just looked at my me and said my medical aid number, honestly I wanted to smack her, That I had but she did not give us the time of day, forcing us now to go back a separated time and pay additional money! i find this ridiculous, had she been patient and explained what was needed properly we could have done the membership then and saved money!
