My husband has been trying for more than an 1.30 hours to get hold of someone at the call center, at a cost of more than R150 on his cellphone account, which is prepaid, & all he does is hold on forever, then when it finally sounds like someone is going to answer, he gets cut off, resulting in him having to call back. So far this morning, he's had absolutely no luck in getting through to them at all. What kind of service is this, where he is paying out of his own pocket, to get some kind of answer from them, & they are not reimbursing him at all for this, BUT, he can't even get his problem sorted out by them??? This is not the 1st time that he has battled like this, & I can promise you, that it won't be the last time either. They are very quick to advertise, how good they are (what a laugh that is), BUT, try & get them to sort out your account, & the bottom just drops out the floor. Come on people, get your act together, get your call center sorted out & maybe you will stop losing business this way. He has been with Multichoice for more than 10 years, & it has got to where you can't complain about the service, as there isn't any service to complain about.
