Pathetic atmosphere

The peoples attitude at this cinema stinks, twice i was turned away by the consultant for a vitality application as she told me to contact discovery for cards and then the next time they said they have had no cards, only for me to get it done at Northmead. I have recently again went there and the lady said that the one card has been deactivated and i need to contact discovery, i lost it, she looks at me as to say that i dont wanna pay the full the price, each time i was embaressed there, now when i call discovery they say ster kinekor should sort it out, and even on the self service it says that. When that was done after paying the full price i then go to the popcorn stand only to find a lazy lum lady there, so i ask her why is she in the mood, she says overworked and no pay... you call this entertainment
