What sad quality cinema

The refurbishment of this cinema was awesome but unfortunately the person controllling the air conditioning needs to be trained in controlling temperature. We watched a 20:45 movie today and just before the movie started, the air conditioning was turned on to maintain a comfortable level. After about 15 minutes, the aircon went off and the remainder of my movie was terrible as it felt like sitting in a sauna. My pregnant wife had to endure the endless heat to which she fell asleep as a result. She missed half the movie. I am highly dissapointed as maintaining a comfortable temperature was too much to expect from a high quality cinema. Pathetic
