PUTRATE SERVICE AND INCOMPETENT MANAGER

On Tuesday 2/7/2013, I went to the above mentioned cinema for a relaxing afternoon. Upon my arrival the queue to purchase movie tickets at were almost outside the door leading to the parking area because it is school holidays and also the fact that on Tuesdays members gets a discount. 1hr and 45 minutes later I reached the front of the queue only to find that out of the 4 terminals only 1 person (Tyrone) was serving. Nadine who is supposedly the manager and I complained of why there service is so bad and she arrogantly there is nothing she can do if staff dont pitch for work and prior to my conversation she was in conversation with Tyrone and swearing at him so loud that customers could hear what she said. Since I did not find any joy from her I demanded to speak to her superior which was Daleen. Daleen was apologetic but stil I am not happy with the manner in which Nadine conducted herself and clearly she is too idiotic to perform the duties of a manager. Every week I watch a movie at that cinema but think otherwise for the service I got yesterday and missed 35 minutes of my 14:45 movie. I booked a ticket for the 17:30 movie only to discover Tyrone booked the ticket for 14:45.
