DSTV hidden charges

I pressed the pause button and rewind on my DSTV remote only to find out that i got billed an additional R70 for that "service" How can I be billed extra for utilizing my hard drive on my decoder which Im sure ive already paid extra in the purchase price?? and if i wish to purchase an online movie, I must first activate the service (R70) and then R25 for every movie... If i watch 1 movie a month, thats R100 extra a month!!!
