POOR SERVICE IN CORECTING BILLING MISTAKE

I have phoned multiple times to be told by the call centre they will investigate and get back to me, to this day I have had no feed back just a large account for a prepaid service, that I can not use due to their account not being settled, thus my dish and my decoder is standing gathering dust.
All I want is some feedback telling me they looked and found their mistake, and we can continue the service as normal.
this is nothing but ignoring a mistake and expecting the client to pay for it.
