My service was disconnected at 13:00 this afternoon phoned call centre and agent said hold on for 15 min I put the phone down. Phoned back stayed on line 20 min after agent was unable to assist and said someone would phone me back still waiting??? I asked agent for nr phone 3 times u get to a voice message they will return call. Still waiting. My acc is in a minus whats wrong?
