Being double debited, spoke to Monica at the call centre on Tuesday 28th May regarding this issue, I was kept on line for ever and eventually when she returned confirmed her supervisor will investigate and get to back to me asap, I was given a reference number 132765791 and I am still waiting today 11 June, I also asked for proof that my invoices were e-mailed to me indicating the double amounts, this I will told will be given to me, but this is also still not received.
