I viewed my account balance on the internet, [URL Removed] it states my outstanding balance is 56.66 and I need to pay R600 including reconnection fee of R50. I call the center to understand the charge, and the agent explains the 56r is for services between 26th and 27th. Today the 28th, it has been disconnected which makes sense. and she tells me I must pay 623r which includes 50r reconnection fee to reconnect my service. I ask where she gets the 623r because on the internet it is 600r. I pay the 56r and refresh the page and now it states, 0 outstanding balance, please pay 543 incl reconnection fee, she insists I need to pay 623r, she has a very bad attitude and I do not understand why the amount on the internet is not the same as the amount she is giving me. she says the website is not upto date? so do I need to call the centre to confirm my balance what is the point of internet? which is correct. the response I received made no sense and was not treated the way I deserve to be treated. I am a customer and I need to understand the charges on my account. Thir service was very poor and I still don't know which amount I need to pay.
