Poor Movie Experience

I went to watch Spud 2 last night at Nu Metro Pavillion - I can honestly say that the experience wasn't enjoyable and I'll reconsider visiting the Pavillion for another movie again.

Understandably, the cinema was renovating and there was no aircon in the theatre (Fortunately it was a cool evening), but the service received from your ticket office, and consumables people was shocking.

The ticket sales person was rude and displayed an attitude that they had somewhere better to be. When ordering popcorn & a coke, there was no small size - When querying this with the cashier, she merely replied that small wasn't available and that that was that. When I asked if a plan could be made - She looked at me, and asked if I expected her to pay the difference?

I can handle a degree of poor service, and my reputation shows me complimenting companies of HelloPeter, but I really couldn't agree with what I received last night and will only visit the Pavillion cinema if I have no other alternative.
